After completing her Honours in Human Resources, Tshepiso Morulane faced a challenging hurdle: finding meaningful employment. That changed when she discovered the YES Programme through Signa Opportunity.

In 2024, Tshepiso joined Signa Advisors as part of the People Solutions team, where she began building her understanding of workplace dynamics and employee engagement. Her passion for people development soon led her to transition into the Human Resources department, where she expanded her skills in recruitment, employee management, and HR compliance.
